What this site measures
A plain description of the data this website collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted. No third-party advertising or analytics network is used — the measurement is entirely first-party and runs on our own server.

A note before launch. This page describes accurately what the software does. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a policy reviewed against the obligations that apply to your business and the countries you sell into. Have a solicitor read it.
Two modes, and you are in the first one
Cookieless measurement
Until you consent, no identifier is stored on your device. Instead each visitor is counted using a fingerprint computed as sha256(secret salt + today's date + IP address + browser string + language).
- It rotates every 24 hours, so you cannot be followed across days.
- It is a one-way hash — it cannot be turned back into an IP address.
- Nothing is written to your browser storage.
Persistent identifier
If you agree, a first-party cookie holds a random identifier so that repeat visits can be joined into one journey. It is set by this domain only and sent nowhere else.
- Your decision is recorded with a timestamp and policy version.
- You can withdraw it at any time, and the identifier is dropped.
- Declining costs you nothing — the site behaves identically.
What is actually recorded
IP addresses
Held to derive your approximate location and to rate-limit abuse, then deleted automatically. The irreversible hash remains so returning visits still count.
Analytics
Page views, sessions and events. Older rows are removed by a scheduled job; the daily totals survive as aggregates that identify nobody.
Enquiries
Kept as a business record for as long as there is a live commercial relationship or a legal reason to hold it, then deleted on request.
Asking for a copy, or for deletion
If you are in the UK or the EU, the UK GDPR and the GDPR give you the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to it being processed. Similar rights exist under several other regimes. We answer every request, wherever you are, and we do not charge for it.
Email support@fluxeraailabs.com. For an enquiry the email address you used is enough to find it. For anonymous browsing data there is genuinely nothing to look up — the identifier is a rotating hash that cannot be traced back to you, which is the point of collecting it that way.
Who else sees it
Nobody. There is no advertising pixel, no third-party analytics tag, and no data broker. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a CDN, so loading a page makes no request to any other company. IP geolocation is the single external lookup, and it receives an IP address and nothing else.
